MEET OUR FARMER
Jedediah "Jed" Perkins is a fourth-generation pepper farmer based in central California. He manages Rotten farms, specializing in a variety of chili and bell peppers grown for fresh markets and packaged goods alike. Jed oversees all aspects of production, from soil preparation to harvest.
Drawing on family methods passed down through the years, he uses time-tested harvesting techniques to ensure every pepper is picked at its peak. Outside of farming, he enjoys attending local agricultural fairs and sharing growing techniques with other producers.
