Are Rotten products gluten-free?

Yes! All of our ingredients are 100% gluten-free.

Are Rotten products vegan?

Rotten Gummy Worms are made with gelatin. But, we’re always developing new products in the laboratory. Are you interested in seeing some vegan options? Let us know at hello@eatrotten.com!

What is the shelf life of Rotten products?

18 months. Make sure to check the best by date on your bag for the most relevant information.

Can I purchase Rotten wholesale?

Yes, please contact sales@eatrotten.com and our clones will sort everything out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can also log into My Account and find the tracking link there.

Can I change my mailing address or the items in my order?

If we've already sent you a tracking number, your best bet is to reach out
directly to the carrier and request an address change. If you recently
placed your order, just shoot us a note to hello@eatrotten.com and we will do our best to make the change before your product ships out!

My order was lost or damaged, what can I do?

Aaaaauuuuggggghhhh! Send an email to hello@eatrotten.com with a
description of what happened and our clones will get everything sorted out.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not quite yet! At this time we only ship within the United States, but we’re hoping to expand soon. Stay tuned for more information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and an additional 3-6 business days for shipping.

Can I return/exchange my order?

Given that Rotten is a perishable food product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@eatrotten.com and our clones will do everything in their power to make things right

How do I manage my Slimescription™? 

Log into My Account and click on Manage Subscription. From there you can update your shipping information, edit your subscription quantity and frequency, or cancel your subscription (but come on… why on earth would you ever do that?!)
